About the work

Grounded in lived experience, not theory

My work grew out of lived experience, not theory. Over many years, I have accompanied both humans and animals through periods of stress, illness, trauma, and major life transitions.

What I learned is that healing does not happen through pressure, but through safety, presence, and respectful pacing.

My approach is grounded in hands-on bodywork, EquineTouch principles, and many years of experience with sensitive and traumatised horses. I work slowly and relationally, listening closely to the body and nervous system, and allowing each session to unfold at a pace that feels safe.

Horses have been central to my own healing and professional path. Their calm, honest presence supports grounding and reconnection in a way words alone often cannot.

This work is for people — and horses — who don’t need to be repaired, but need to feel safe enough to be themselves again.
