Equine-Assisted Support (for People)

Grounding & Nervous-System-Aware Sessions

A calm, experiential session with horses, supporting grounding, self-awareness, and nervous-system regulation during times of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm.

Sessions are relational and paced with care, allowing space to slow down, notice, and reconnect — without pressure to perform, explain, or resolve anything.

Session length 75–90 minutes
Format In-person, ground-based (no riding)
Approach Experiential, nervous-system aware, relational

Suitable for people who:

  • feel overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally overloaded
  • experience disconnection from their body or sense of self
  • are navigating change, loss, or life transition
  • are seeking gentle reconnection rather than problem-solving
Sessions unfold through calm presence and respectful interaction with horses. The work supports regulation and awareness, allowing insight and grounding to arise naturally — at a pace your system can trust.
