Holistic Bodywork & EquineTouch

Holistic Bodywork & EquineTouch with Ina

Many horses carry tension that is not always visible — arising from physical strain, emotional stress, trauma, or long-held compensation patterns.

I use a combination of gentle, hands-on bodywork and EquineTouch techniques to support horses in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing stress, and finding ease of movement.

I tune into the horse’s body as if it were my own, listening to breath, tension, and subtle sensations. The work invites change rather than forces it, helping horses re-establish freedom of movement, balance, and physical confidence.

A typical EquineTouch session

Ribs showing do not always indicate underweight. In some cases, this reflects contracted connective tissue — as shown in this ex-racehorse.

Before EquineTouch session – contracted tissue and imbalance Before the session Contracted tissue, hollow back, muscular imbalance
During EquineTouch session – tissue release During the session Softening and release begins
After EquineTouch session – improved balance and expansion After the session Fascia released, expansion, improved lymph flow and comfort
There is no forcing, manipulation, or rapid correction. The horse is always in control of the process — and the session unfolds with calm presence.
