Equine-Assisted Learning
Equine Assisted Learning & Presence Work
Horses offer a unique form of non-judgmental presence that can help us become more aware of ourselves, our nervous systems, and how we show up in relationship.
This work is not clinical therapy, but it is deeply supportive and experiential.
In Equine Assisted Learning, you will:
- engage with horses in a natural environment
- observe how they respond to your energy and body language
- explore communication, connection, and self-awareness
- deepen your understanding of presence and boundaries
Horses reflect back, in real time, how we:
Regulate or react
Lead or follow
Open or protect
Slow down or tighten
Through calm, grounded interaction — with no riding required —
you can learn about yourself through the horses’ responses,
with gentleness, dignity, and embodied support.
